I - unfortunately - suffered from quite bad acne as a child and hence have lots of scars on my back. Luckily I don't have the same problem on my face but I know people that do and it is a difficult problem to deal with.
However the good news is that acne scars on the face and back don't have to be permanent, and even if you don't want to get rid of them there are plenty of famous people who have acne scars and are still considered beautiful (Brad Pitt I'm looking at you!).
